Croissants in the breakfast selection are truly exceptional. The layout of the hotel is visually appealing and offers a modern design throughout the public areas.

Received a wrong room initially that had someone else's belongings inside. Air conditioning units are remarkably loud while failing to adequately cool down the rooms. There’s a real hassle with the internet connection. it’s practically non-functional and the situation doesn’t improve throughout the hotel. the TV in the room wasn't operational, making for a less than enjoyable experience. Noise from the hallway can be disruptive, especially during late hours when guests are unruly. Plus, no bar available inside the hotel creates a lack of social space to unwind after a day.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway. The staff are remarkably attentive and even safeguarded our luggage during our day out. Breakfast arrangements were confusing as the main restaurant was closed, pushing us to a less convenient alternative nearby. Waiting for check-in was frustrating. I felt the staff could have been more responsive, especially since I had to change rooms due to noise issues from the nearby train tracks. The fridge in the room was a nice touch, but the shower sometimes ran cold, adding to the discomfort. a mixed experience, but the location and value for money can't be overlooked.

It was all fantastic.

I had a great group vacation with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Palmengarten and the Städel Museum. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the good price for our stay. Just a heads-up, breakfast was decent, but arrive early for the best selection.
